Her son has recently remain admitted in your hospital as he was suffering from malaria. Your hospital has raised a bill for Rs. 10,000/- and pressuring her to make payment thereof though she is covered under E.W.S category patients and legally entitled to free treatment in regard to her son. She has now approached me for help. You are requested to consider her request for not insisting upon payment of any amount on account of treatment having being given to her son in the hospital and do the needful.
