Lawyer Ashok Agarwal, appearing for non-government organisation Social Jurist, on whose writ petition the Justice Anil Dev Singh Committee was appointed to look into the excess fee issue, said contempt proceedings should be initiated against the DoE as it had failed to implement the panel’s recommendations.
