To

07.10.2014

Dear Madam,

Take notice that a Division Bench of Hon’ble Delhi High Court by orders dated 17.9.2014 in WP(C) 6248/2014 entitled Social Jurist, A Civil Rights Group Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Ors directed you to look in to the matter within two weeks here from and to have the said children or such of them as may be found eligible, admitted in the neighborhood schools in a class for which they may be entitled to. A copy of the said order dated 17.09.2014 is enclosed hereto. Extract from the PIL (Para 8 which contains list of as many as 81 students seeking admission) is also enclosed hereto for your ready reference.

Take notice that on 22.09.2014 the above stated order was brought to your notice by Social Jurist Volunteer Sunita Chauhan personally. She was referred to Additional Director of Education which in turn referred her to DDE East with remark on the copy of court order itself ‘met me during (PH) Please do the needful’. Ms. Sunita Chauhan on 22.09.2014 itself approached DDE East who did not take it seriously and asked Ms. Sunita Chauhan to wait till file is received by him. Ms. Sunita Chauuhan submitted a written representation dated 22.09.2014 in the office DDE East. A copy of said representations enclosed hereto also.

Take notice that you are the person responsible for the implementation of the directions given by the Hon’ble High Court in the above stated case. A period of more than two weeks has since elapsed but till date the directions given by the Hon’ble High Court have not been implemented by you deliberately and intentionally that amounts to contempt of Hon’ble Delhi High Court which attracts penal action against you.
With regards

Ashok Agarwal, Advocate,

M. 9811101923
